Who doesn’t like a biscuit?
No British person I know. But it’s difficult to find any snack that doesn’t contain seed oils these days.
Most chocolate, crisps, cakes and biscuits in the UK list palm, rapeseed or vegetable oil as an ingredient.
If you like to snack, but don’t want to subject your body to the consumption of seed oils, and don’t have time to make your own using seed oil free recipes.
Please note: other products from these brands or manufacturers may NOT be seed oil free, always check the ingredients list on the packet.
